I lived at Polynesian Village in a 1BR/1B for 3 years. It's a nice community, and the apartments are nice enough. They aren't brand new, so the decor is a little dated.

A lot of the riff raff has been cleaned out, so drunken brawls aren't common at the pool anymore.

My only complaint is the maintenance; you have to stay on them to get things fixed sometimes. But if you're on good terms with the office staff, you are taken care of.

I paid $325 a month plus utilities, and I think that it was worth it when you compare the quality of the community to other apartment communities in Florence.
