Decent, simple living - I lived at Polynesian Village in a 1BR/1B for 3 years. It's a nice community, and the apartments are nice enough. They aren't brand new, so the decor is a little dated. A lot of the riff raff has been cleaned out, so drunken brawls aren't common at the pool anymore. My only complaint is the maintenance; you have to stay on them to get things fixed sometimes. Ups and Downs The management and maintenance workers are nice people. If you put in a maintenance order, it will get taken care of within a day. It is a bit noisy at times depending on who your neighbors are and the parking lot can have a few nuts once in a while. The security crew is nice
