I would definately not recommend Park Place Apartments in Foley, AL to anyone. After hurricane Ivan hit on 9/16/04 the apartments were damaged some worse than others. It has taken forever for the management to get the power boxes placed back on the three building that they fell off of. In fact as I am writing this we are on day 9 of no power. The management is horrible and very sarcastic and really seems that they dont care. A note was placed above our mailboxes stating that after hurricane Ivan if we cannot pay rent they would file for eviction by the 27th. How understanding is that' DO NOT LIVE IN PARK PLACE APARTMENTS!!!!!!
