I lived there for over a year and had a wonderful experience. The management was always professional and maintence was taken care of on a timely basis. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house. They even let me go month to month until my home was ready to move into.

This review was most likely "anonymously" posted by Management at Park Place after I called their home office to complain about the dishonest manner in which their managment convinced me to sign a lease extention. The manager verbally told me on two seperate occasions that I could end my lease early if I bought a house and gave at least 30 days notice. When I attempted to end the lease 30 days early, management denied making the agreement and said I didn't have anything in writing to prove it.
