Do Not Move here. We had a family member living in these apartments. My husband and our two children were suppose to move in to the 1300 building gave our deposit in advance. The day that we were suppose to move in they give us a different apartment in 1500 building, which had not been cleaned and crawled with ---- roaches. I was out side the building when the lady pulled up in the black SUV and fired three gun shots in that apartment. I knew who is was because I saw here get out of the truck and talk up into that building. There so no one else around. It was early Sunday morning so as you all know everyone is still sleeping from carrying on from the night before. As I am coming around the other side of the building three shots where fired and the Police Office comes out and says "what was that'" Yo, Einstein it was gun shots!! There was always domestic assults going on at various apartments. Police were always coming and arresting someone. Oh, yeah and the drug deals that go right in plain sight. The little mexican that hangs out between the mailboxes and the entrance to the pool...well lets just say he's keep the locals supplied!! I was not about to let my children be subjected to such a, well let me use the work that another reviewer used "Ghetto" atmosphere. As far as the management..well as having office management experience my self..it's piss poor. The park manager is one of the most unprofessional, misleading, dishonest, uncaring, individual. My heart goes out the few people who live in these apartments whom I've gotten to know and are kinda stuck to their lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU'LL BE STUCK IN A LEASE THAT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET OF.

everything you siad its true, i ve once had a friend who stayed of there those apts or in bad condition

Security is poor, feel very unsafe. LAWN SERVICE SUCKS.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.MOLD ALL IN THE APARTMENT FROM HEAVY INCOMING RAINS, HAS RUIENED A LOT OF MY STUFF.WOOLEY BOGGERS EVERYWHERE.PLEAS DO NOT LET THE CHILDREN GO OUT TO PLAY VERY UNSAFE~!
