I just moved in and everything is great. The apartment, including the carpet, was spotless. Every morning the maintenance crew walk the grounds and pick up any trash and the lawn is cut every week. Look at the reviews prior to this and the most recent one is 6 months ago. We are very happy here!!

Obviously the New Manager is signing in anonymously trying to upgrade the ratings...bottom line---this is a BAD place to live!!

Every on is charged different rents. I pay more for a two bed room than my neighbors , pay for a three bedroom.

No - I am not employed by the complex at all. The rates... I dunno, but if you ask, maybe they can fix it? Good Luck.
