Renovated at the end of 2007 thru early 2008.

Somewhat cheesy work, and seems that they rushed and cut corners a lot.

Layout of apts is very good, roomy.

Building stays relatively warm so low electric heat charges.

I never hear noise from neighbors, so very quiet internally.

Nice granite and stainless steel in kitchen, good ventilation in bathroom.

Many closets and great storage on balcony.

Management has changed 3 times since end of 2007.

Each time they blame the last team for lack of maintainance records, poor workmanship.

Rent increases are ridiculous.

For the better part of 2008 the staff was horrendous, never got back to you about problems and had one very nasty person answering the phone who apparently not only did not reply, but it may be that she never logged problems in.

Electrical problems abound!

Building was the scene of an attemped sacrifice murder at the end of Jan 2009.

But otherwise seems safe as long as workers stop leaving outer doors open.

Got to get used to hearing traffic from Aurora.

I am not, so deck is unusable-- dont get taken in by the idea of enjoying the spacious deck unless you know you will not be bothered by traffic noise.
