These apartnments are old and infested with roaches. Swimming pool has mold inside of it. Many police calls to this community, about every day. Jewelry store was robbed right next door and they caught the persons responsible in Forest River a few days later. Managers are rude. Nothing good to say about this community, I had the maintenance men to my apartment a few times a month for repairs. Messy landscaping. After I complained about the bug problem the next day I had a notice on my door saying I owed extra money for a pet deposit they failed to collect on when I first moved in. They react out of spite. Noone should ever live here, this place typifies ghetto. I would rather live in my car than in this community again.
