This is the greatest place in the world to live! The maintenance team is #1.
I have lived here for 4 years and the maintenance team has always responded to calls right away.
They have a 24 hour maintenance guarantee.
The office staff is the most professional, caring staff you could get.
Yes, there has been some calls to the police about a little noise every now and then, but they have a Community Montior living on the property.
Very safe place to live.Pest control comes once a week.
Never lived in an apartment here that had roaches.
The guy who wrote the hateful opinion must be a naturally unhappy person.
He probably doesn't even like himself!

You definitely must work on the staff because I have friends that live in forest river and they are trying to leave that crime-infested place.

my husband used to work for a company that cleans up after water damages, and he once got a call to these apartments in the middle of the night because an elderly lady's apartment was flooded. Someone had shot a bullet through the water pipe from her neighboring apartment. Catch my drift? Anyone in Gadsden knows this is an unsafe area.
