This place is the capital of drug activity in Gadsden.
The management, Missi, is rude uncaring, a liar, and would have you homeless if you complain.
I've seen bullets fly from apartment windows, even hitting a mail carier truck on one occasion.
DON'T RISK YOUR LIFE LIVING ON THEIR PROPERTY!
Say good-bye to your deposit upon exit!

God knows the truth about this place, he knows that you are telling the truth and I'm a living witness too. I just want to warn innocent people about this place, it's sad on the tenants and staff's part. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T MOVE INTO FOREST RIVER UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING SHOT AT! If you don't believe me, just ride through Forest River at night because it's a jungle out there (drug-selling is at an all time high in that apartment complex).

agreed. it's supposed to be section 8 housing but friends i've had that lived there were paying very nearly as much as some of the nicer and safer places in town. just to warn ppl

we, my husband and 3 young boys lived there and I was afraid to go past my porch at night and couldn't stay on my porch for long either without being watched. It was a pretty eerie feeling . We bailed within 3 months and will never go back! One thing I can say, I did get the better of the Bit** that runs the place the day I turned in my key. Lets just say she she litterally jumped out of her seat and headed toward me and of course I beat her to the door grinning! She was livid and I was tickled!I personally think she,s where she belongs! There are some nice decent people there but like everywhere, you have your trash and she isn't any different! we were also lied to about repairs and lets not forget the "pool".
