This place is the capital of drug activity in Gadsden. The management, Missi, is rude uncaring, a liar, and would have you homeless if you complain. I've seen bullets fly from apartment windows, even hitting a mail carier truck on one occasion.
DON'T RISK YOUR LIFE LIVING ON THEIR PROPERTY!
Say good-bye to your deposit upon exit!

God knows the truth about this place, he knows that you are telling the truth and I'm a living witness too. I just want to warn innocent people about this place, it's sad on the tenants and staff's part. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON'T MOVE INTO FOREST RIVER UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING SHOT AT! If you don't believe me, just ride through Forest River at night because it's a jungle out there (drug-selling is at an all time high in that apartment complex).
