my hubby is a cop & has nothing but bad things to say about this place as far as the "safety" part goes..he has mentioned that mostly druggies inhabit these apartments along with your typical deadbeat pieces of crap.
i also have a couple of friends who have lived in these apartments , straight out of highschool, who did not know any better & were wet-behind-the-ears to the "real" world.
needless to say, they left as quickly as they arrived.
this place is a known slum all around gadsden.
