Give Forest River a second chance.

There were times in the past when it wasnt the safest place to live.

There was alot of crime and it was full of bad people.

The management took an aggresive approach to the problem and it shows.

Drive through and you'll see.

They have a couple police officers living there and they care about their "community".

All parts of the city have random acts of violence, Forest River is no exception.

There's crime in Rainbow City and Southside too, dont fool yourself.

The managers are very helpfull.

More than likely this rating was written by management since its the exact same thing they tell you when you go to view an apartment.
