Steal your money Lie and a Dangerous place to live This place is the capital of drug activity in Gadsden. The management, Missi, is rude uncaring, a liar, and would have you homeless if you complain. I´ve seen bullets fly from apartment windows, even hitting a mail carier truck on one

reply Can it be anymore obvious that review was written by an employee? Please stop by these apartments and drive through them at night and ask anyone who lives there what they think. Then ask the people who work there and see what reponse you get. Pest control ONLY comes once a week if you call

Learned the hard way !!!!!! Unfortunately, I chose not to go by the reviews and ended up with a horrible apartment. Never move here !!! Management is horrible and lie about everything. The property manager is rude and unprofessional. Maintenance does not fix anything which I blame management

I have lived there and I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. First of all, the apartments themselves are very dingy and poorly kept. I had the most difficult time getting anything fixed and there was always something that needed to be fixed.

People Are Lying, IT IS THE SLUM! All you got to do is see for yourself. Do not ride through in the daytime because all the ignorant people are either sleep or at work. Ride through Forest River after night fall and see if you don't see at least 4 to 5 drug-addicts walking around stopping

Not a Slum My husband and I have lived in Forest River since September 2005. We have not had any problems or complaints. Sure, it has its problem areas just like any other neighborhood, but nothing that isn't being taken care of. The only reason these apartments have a bad reputation
