Quite Place to Live - I lived at the Chateau apartments for over 2 years. The neighborhood was very quite and there were no issues with the neighbors. The manager was very nice and helpful. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!! These apartments are horrible and management is very unprofessional. I lived there for 6 months and decided the break my lease because of the horrible condition of my apartment. It was very hard and expensive to get out of my lease and the management was very rude. Dont waste

Second Chance Give Forest River a second chance. There were times in the past when it wasnt the safest place to live. There was alot of crime and it was full of bad people. The management took an aggresive approach to the problem and it shows. Drive through and you'll see. They have a couple
