I enjoy my apartment; it's a bit spacious for what I pay, the neighborhood is great (not far from a Robert Trent Jones Trail golf course off the main road about 1/4 mile), numerous trees (though cut back 15-20 feet to avoid damage to buildings), and the apartments face inward to a central walk way that is lit well. Parking is lacking (enough for 2 cars per apartment) and not lit all too well (except by pool lights and overhead spot lights), no cameras for security.

My apartment was newly renovated with carpet, paint, fictures, molding and appliances (and the owners told me outright it was due to a water leak from upstairs, so if I had problems to tell them right away). I give them pluses for honesty and I have not had any trouble what so ever from what was renovated.

I have called in a number of times for a new deadbolt (which does not lock correctly and is too easy to turn) a new thermostat (I've called that in so many times I just replaced it myself) and the molding in the bathroom is still missing. They only have 1 maintenance worker for the entire complex so he's over worked.

Out of all of it, what really makes the apartment nice is how quickly management resolves disputes and issues between neighbors (noise and the like). My upstairs neighbors were being noisey while I tried to sleep, I called the emergency number and in 10 minutes the noise stopped and management called to tell me it was resolved. When large packages arrive they will sign for you and put it in your apartment for you if you ask and the lady is always very friendly and willing to give some extra time on payment without fees if you tell her ahead of time.
