Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
We have lived here for a year and have had the same problems that the others have been having. Service request not being done. We had mold and water problems many times and they refused to fix. Pool not getting the treatment it should need. ECt. That is untill we got the phone number (1-251-751-2371) and email address(dgilmore@colonialprop.com) to Diane Gilmore, I think she is the Regional Vice President for Colonial Propertys. After we got ahold of her we got things takin care of around here.
