It's a lack of caring that bothers us most - the saw grass is so bushy you can't safely see around it while driving etc. the dumpster is regularly overflowing, Our roof has leaked from the same spot 3 times and we still don't know if it has been fixed. The gates to the pool are almost always open - with tons of kids around.
