A perfect place to live for SELECT individuals

First off, I think it is strange that anyone would write a positive review and want to remain anonymous. That seems a little fishy to me.
Secondly, I have never lived in an apt. complex that will not give out a home office or regional managers phone number. Also, I have NEVER heard of anywhere that charges a 10.00 a DAY late fee starting with the day the rent is due. I am not saying that Eagles Landing isn't quiet, in fact, it is almost too quiet because people are moving out and the apartment is becoming seemingly deserted.
Personally, our apartment looks very nice and the commodities are extraordinary. If you are living on your own and have a lot of money to spend, go for it. I am not saying the COMPLEX isn't nice. I just think there are hidden costs and a lot of skeletons in the closet that the public has not been made aware of.
