Hidden Fees.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Upon moving out of the apartments, they tacked on "Redecorating Fees" and "Carpet Cleaning Fees" for an apartment with wooden floors. They gave us 10 days to pay $115 or else be turned over to collections. The lease had NO HINT of either of these fees. They also told us that we COULD NOT get out of a 6-month lease; a topic NEVER discussed in their leasing papers. DISHONEST! They also avoid face-to-face conversations at all costs.
