Since you are not a current leaholder, you would not be aware of the charges on the apartment. I have reviewed the charges with the leasholder and he is in acceptance of what is due.

As stated in the current lease, Article 14 states that notices may be posted on the door of all apartments. This was explained to the current leaseholder during the move in process. If the current leaseholder would prefer to receive notices in another fashion, the leaseholder must make this request with the office.

When the leaseholder picked the apartment with the previous staff, they had new carpet placed in the apartment. Since I arrived the day of the move in, I made sure that we did everything within our means to give the leaseholder an apartment that fit his means. He was extremely satisfied with the decision and we have not heard otherwise.

I am disturbed that you feel you must call Eagles Landing inappropriate names. I feel that if the leaseholder had any additional problems, that he would contact our office. If you were a permanent resident of Eagles Landing, you would see the positive changes that have been made in the last eight months. Residents are thrilled that the lease agreement is being enforced. We stand by our motto, "Do what is right, not what is easy." We have an exceptional staff that is willing to take great care of the residents of Eagles Landing.

Please ask the leaseholder to call me if he has additional concerns or questions.

Sincerely,
Jennifer H. Wilkinson

Do not live here. They will stick you with anything they can. They will sneak up to your door and put some outrageous bill on there, with out knocking to see if you are there to give it to you in person.

When I moved, they moved me into an apartment that the carpets were soaked with dog piss, and infested with fleas. And they

acted like it was my fault. That I was inconvienceing them. It all makes sense why this apartment complex has turned in to a ghost town, and I will be the next to leave this hell hole.
