I was in my apartment for only 10 days in Sept. 2004 due to Hurricane Ivan. When I received my power bill for the month of September I noticed it was somewhat high, especially considering the power was out for about 15 days. The bill was comparable to the month of July, when I was there for the whole month and the power was off.
