If you are non white, this apartment management will give you a chance to experience discrimination and racism every day you stay there. They are very sweet to you initially till you sign the lease. They themselves will not fulfil the contract that they specify in the lease, but will come after innocent renters with a vengeance! I lived there in 1999 and I had to move to another apartment because I had severe flooding problems in my apartment twice. They however came after me and threatened me with Collections. They say that they change management. It all seems the same to me however. I dealt with 2 choicest lying/meanest ------- at that time. Ms Doggerel and Pat Swain. We were expecting our first son around that time and the experience at that time caused a lot of mental agony for our family. I would rather be homeless than stay here.

That's annoying. It has nothing to do with race. If you don't pay your rent, they tend to get pissy, no matter what your race is. I'm sick and tired of having to hear about people pulling the race card because they're too damn lazy to take responsibility for their own actions. I ASSURE YOU, water is not racist. It didn't leak into your apartment because you weren't white. The water also has a lot in common with people that pull race cards, it takes the easiest route whenever possible.
Grow up, stop screaming racism every chance you get, because really, calling all the white people racist is in itself racist.
Also, pay your damn bills.
Love, a non racist white person sick of hearing about this type of ----.

I hate to admit it but from my experience living here this person is correct. Their have been flooding issues with seval apartments, and the management does nothing about it. Well nothing isn't giving them credit, they did condemn my neighbors apartment because of the flooding instead of offering any help to the people who were living their. My neighbors did pay their rent on time, and after the flooding the only thing mantenance did was pull up the carpet, put fans down to "dry it out." When they realized that of course blowing the place dry wasn't going to stop mold from building up, they said that the place was unliveable and took my neighbors to court to kick them out. It's terrible because this problem could have been easily resolved if they would have been decent and offered to put those residients in another unit, since the place is never anywhere near full. I work in hospitality and know that all problems can be resolved with some kind of compromise. Needless to say I'm getting out of here as fast as I can, I don't care what it costs me.
