I moved here 11 months ago, under old management it was great. They changed air conditioner filters grounds were kept clean,Poll & hot tub cleaned daily. I rent from the owner so I never had to go in the office. One month after I moved in the mail boxes burned down, still haven't been replaced. The hot tub & pool were closed 4th of July weekend and are still nasty. Ground are unmowed have weeds .The dumpster over flowed several times so they(Sage Brush Developers) put an out of order sign on it.I have one of the nicer units.I cleaned carpet on 18 units,still waiting for paymet. These people care nothing about renters rights and do nothing about upkeep on the ammentites offerd.Do yourself a favor and pass this up ,because it is to good to be true.
