There are a lot of drugs going on in the complex and all kinds of other things! It is a horrible place to live. I regret ever moving here. They never fix anything even thought they say that they will. The office is very unprofessional and there are felons living here!!! Yes, I said felons!! The fitness center is in terrible condition. There are people coming to the pool that don't even live here, but the management refuses to put a lock on the gate! As far as it being a 24 hour gated community that is a load of crap. These gates haven't worked in forever!! Then you can hear every move of the people that live above you! The insulation sucks the air is constantly running because there are gaps around the doors so the air goes right out. It is a poorly built place! I will not recommend this place to a sewer rat much less a person. Please hear me don't live here!! This place is over priced for what you get. I have lived here just a short time and I wish that I had never heard of this place. Everyone is moving out and going to Emerald Greens.

Who is the management company? Why did you move there? What is different than the online photos?
