Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
SEA COVE APTS ARE USUALLY KEPT NICELY.THE
MANAGEMENT AND OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY
BUT THEY WILL PUT YOUR PROBLEM OFF AS LONG AS
POSSIBLE!THE MAINTENANCE MAN IS GREAT BUT IN
THE SUMMER TIME THE POOL IS NEVER CLEAN UNLESS YOU CONSTANTLY COMPLAIN!THE PLAYGROUND NO LONGER EXIST.IT WAS DAMGED BY
SOME OF THE CHILDREN AND NEVER REPLACED.THE
GYM WAS DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IVAN (SO MANAGEMENT SAYS) AND NEVER FIXED.IVAN WAS LIKE 2 YEARS AGO!! THE OFFICE ALWAYS SAYS THEY HAVE TO CONTACT HOME OFFICE ABOUT IT!
