I lived in sea cove for about 6 months. I had to break my lease early due to my husband joining the marines and relocating. The apartment was very clean and I would have to say that I never had one complaint the whole six months with it. What I did have a complaint with was that there was a letter on my door every few weeks about how they were coming into the apartment. I felt like I had no privacy. The neighbors were quiet during the day but never kept up with their kids at night. There were a group of kids around the ages of 13 that would draw vulgar pictures in the dust on your vehicle and knock on your door and run at all hours of the night. There were even times that they would yell things at you when you got out of your car. If something broke it was fixed quikly. In all though it was a great apartment. The problem i ran into was 6 months after I moved out. When I decided to break my lease I went to the office and signed a form and followed out the guidelines of breaking a lease. That's when I was stupid. I never got a copy of my form. The letter I got 6 months later stated that I owed $1320.00 for not putting in a notice to break my lease. I went to the apartment spoke to the new management and they laughed in my face for not getting a copy. So, great place to live but make sure you get copies of everything!
