I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WHERE THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE IS NEVER OPENED HARDLY THE HOURS ARE FROM 8-5PM ITS HARD TO GET OUR MAIL OR GET A HOLD OF THEM, THESE APARTMENTS ARE FALLING APART WE HAVE MOLD IN OUR WINDOWS OUR SINKS AND COUNTER TOPS ARE RUSTED THE FLOORS NEED TO BE REPLACED IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE USUALLY WHEN U MOVE IN YOUR MOVING INTO A NICE CLEAN APARTMENT BUT NOT THIS TIME WERE PAYING A SECRITY DEPOSIT TO MOVE INTO A NASTY PLACE WE SPENT ALL WEEKEND CLEANING IM SO UNHAPPY IM READY TO MOVE NOW BUT ITS IMPOSSIBLE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE HIGHER UP THAN THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE SINCE THERE NEVER THERE THEY ONLY TAKE CARE OF THERE OWN.

Im sorry you feel that way, I have had no complaints from any other residents. I was out of the office due to surgery for 2 weeks and the Asst. Manager had the flu, she was running the whole place by herself. If you have an issue we will be happy to discuss any issues that you may have. Please feel free to contact me or come by.
