Sea Cove is not a bad apartment complex, albeit that you can get much more for your money at other apartment complexes close by. However, the current management is terrible. They are never in the office. The office hours used to be 8-5 M-F and they changed with no notice to the residents to 8-3 M-F, but today (thursday), I called them and left a message around 11am and they did not return my call, so at 2pm I went over there and the office was locked and the manager was laying out at the pool!!!!!!!!! I found this extremley unprofessional. I have been to talk to them many many times, or to pay my rent during normal office hours when they should be open, and they are almost always closed. It is absolutley ridiculous. I am now trying to find out who their corporate owners are so I can tell them about this. I will be moving out very shortly.

I wish you would contact me where we can discuss this situation. We have been doing vacant unit inspections this week and I took some time off with my daughter as she is on Spring Break. I will be back in the office on Monday and the Asst. will be in and out as I will be having her finish up inspections. We both will be checking the messages however so if you would leave a message I will be happy to return your call. We will be checking messages throughout the day and the Asst. will be in and out of the office finshing up inspections. Sorry for the misunderstanding. We hope that you continue staying at Sea Cove please dont hesitate to let us know if there is anything that we can do for you.

It seems to me that you cant make everyone happy. You should have lived here a year ago when the old mang. staff was here. The people they have now have done alot. Yes I agree that there is alot to still be done but take alook around at what has been done. I looked out my door today and they have a new playground going in, as for myself I know my kids will love it. Also there is finally pool furniture and flowers yeah. Instead of all the negativity why dont you let them know what you need fixed and give them a chance to do it.

It is hard trying to please everyone, there is always something to complain about. How many apartment complexes throw a Spring Fling. Do you'all no any managers that interact with there tenants. They know the tile isn't the greatest and the carpet sucks, but look what they got handed. I honestly think they are doing pretty outstander under the sircumstances for which, they were left to deal with. You guys complain about them not being in the office, how many of you pay your rent? (ontime)
