The apartment building too old,everywhere is dirty. no ceiling fan in bathroom,so when you move in, bathroom ceiling will spread black mold soon, also bedroom wall can grow mold spots.No laundry, no connection.Hallway also spread mold.There don't have manager in the office, hard to contact them.You just can leave message.Even manager are on duty in another place,most time they don't pick the phone to answer.But they will pick the resident's rent fee in office box on time.Every apartment have problems,pipe block,sink leaking,ceiling leaking,aircondition can not work,etc.They cannot provide normal room. When you move in, continuous problem will make you go crazy,you have to call manager again and again.You should be cauful if you have child,you even can find slug on carpet.Spider and insects will appear frequently.sometime mouse will visit you.But rent fee will rise.
