I lived there for 6 months. I can say that it was a nice apt, but too expensive!!
That is the only positive. There are very unruly teenagers who throw loud parties all the time. The noise would go on until at least 4:00 a.m. Parking was horrible. The pool was icky, people were permitted to put their dogs in the pool and there were alot of times when drunk people would hang out there. The staff was ok to deal with. I highly recommend this apt. complex to you if you are a college party animal!! If not, keep looking!
