Can't beat the location since it's just a few minutes to UAB and downtown. Yes, there are college students here but most of them seem to be really nice and considerate. I've lived here for 3 years and haven't really had any complaints. There are new maintenance guys here who are terrific!!! The people in the office really seem to try and plan fun things to do. They are great too. Sometimes I've had to walk the length of one building to get to my apartment but that's not bad at all so I don't see the parking problem that other people have talked about in other reviews. The price isn't bad at all for the size and location. I'm definitely renewing my lease!
