I have been a resident of Wildforest for several years and have had difficulties over the years with loud partying late at night (near the front of the complex), trash bags left to rot outside doors and rude office workers, but stayed b/c of the location. Recently, my eighty year old mother, who was recently widowed, stayed with me. She had a parking violation sticker placed on her car and went to discuss it with the office to see if she could get help removing it. My mother was treated with extreme rudeness by one of the office workers. She stayed upset and at the point of tears for a good while. I am sick and disgusted by this abusive treatment of the elderly. A different worker finally helped her with the sticker and told her that rude treatment by the office is common and that residents often complain. I have lived in apartments most of my adult life, but have never lived anyplace that was made unpleasant because of the office personnel. Maybe they will change.
