Post Below This person below obviously does not live here because the office staff is up at sunrise and there till the wee hours of the night and do all they can for the tenants. The maintenance staff has always been timely and professional. They even changed a light bulb for us on a Sunday

Nice I lived here for a year. I never had any major problems with the place. One of the downsides are that it IS mostly college students, mostly Samford kids, seeing as how it is so close to campus. The parking is decent, I never had to search for a place too far away from my apartment.

Staff not very customer oriented Although they have plaques hanging in the office talking about customer satisfaction, the staff is lazy and greedy. Instead of the usual "late on the 5th" policy, Wildforest only allows 2 days after rent is due (even if on a Sunday or holiday)

Terrible I live there now and wish I could break the lease! The office staff is terrible to deal with. They are rude and unprofessional. The maintenance staff can´t repair anything. The parking is awful. Too many college kids!
