I am living here for my third 6-month stay. Cons:
Obtaining the refundable portion of my security deposits from my first two leases is being a hassle and ants are currently giving me problems. The tennis court lights rarely work. Former tennants entered my apartment twice; their keys weren't turned in when they moved out and they tried to return for a free night's stay.

Pros:
The leasing agents and people who work there are, for the most part, helpful. The pools are great fun. The gates aren't operating, but safety has never been a problem for me. My neighbors have been friendly. My living arrangements have been very affordable.
