Living conditions and maintenance adequate... Grounds roach infested...Friday night Latino car/beer club is a nuisance... Staff friendly on arrival but not upon leaving...had to pay one months rent and special deductions back when I left... after paying 2 thirds of $1100 outstanding as agreed I recieved a call from a collection agency for full amount, even though $738 of cheques had already been cashed''''' didn't recieve deposit back even though apt. was left in condition as found. Beware they'll get you coming and going, without lube!!
