Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004
 
Do not live here if you want to live in a clean safe environment. There is a lot of theft, including from the mailboxes, rent is very high, there are a lot of bugs, the pools aren't clean, if there's water in them, many leave their garbage out in public areas and more. The office loses mail they sign for and doesn't return phone calls.
