But what makes The Grand?s worst is a sorry management and leasing agents that can?t tell you if the units are all electric, gas or pretty much anything. And you better like roaches because the exterminator never sprays. You may want to check on how much the water is going to cost!
Don?t be fooled if they offer you a lower lease rate, remember you pay for what you get.
