These were the first apt's I ever lived in. I had a studio efficiency for the summer. The place was minutely small-- but they charged 550 a month!! It would have been 650 had the company I worked for not intervened. My neighbors were quite loud and often had parties, but I'm young and stay up late -- so I wasn't really bothered by that. However, I did feel unsafe jogging in the evenings and going out at night because large groups of people (mainly young guys) would just stand around all the cars in the parking lot for hours. They were, most of the time, not very polite. At any rate, I made it through the summer here; but, I will definately find another place when I come back to work in the spring.The leasing staff were..tolerable... It was mainly just one lady, Betty Johns, who is extremely rude and patronizing towards people. Perhaps it was just because I'm a young, single student and had a few questions. They definately don't like to be asked questions, and they hate it when you actually read the lease agreement. OK...so in conclusion
1. rude people
2. loud noise, unsafe crowds of mean people
3. BUGS are taking over
4. no swimming allowed..the water is mucky
5. no fun living here
