Another thing residents should be aware of is they sick collection agencies on you even though you may not be aware of an outstanding debt. I paid mine immediately after noticing my credit report was dinged due to an outstanding debt, which I questioned but didn't want to deal with it being outstanding.

I agree with all of the comments. Maintenance was unreliable, two of the pools were always closed, and the Mexican people would just move into vacant apartments, unauthorized, and typically there were five-seven at a time.

I really cannot recommend this place to live in and glad I moved out.
