I lived in a studio for 6 months and, overall, I enjoyed it. From what I have read in other ratings, the studio/one bedroom is the place to go. I guess it's harder to fit 20 -------- in there! Welcome to GuadalaHoover! It's hard to find a nicer place in the area for that price. (Trust me, I've looked.) My place was furnished, with good quality, clean furniture. I didn't have to pay for water, but I hear you do now, so check on that. I had ants, but Raid took care of them quickly. My a/c never worked properly and neither did the laundry units, which could have used change machines. I had other minor issues that were taken care of quickly. The staff was helpful. The pool near my place was nice and clean. I felt safe, most of the time, but I don't recommend a girl walking around at night by herself in any big town. In response to other postings: Whose fault is it that you had a late fee sticker on your window' Fun is what you bring with you. Who in their right mind thinks they can park on the grass and get away with it' The cops were there quite often (my guess: drug busts) but, in a way, having them there made me feel safer about my apt getting broken into when I was gone! Think about what kind of people are writing these opinions before you believe them. Notice all the spelling and grammar errors and what they look for and unrealistically expect from an affordable apartment in Hoover.

yo, i gots good gramma and is a collage gradiate!It doesn't matter if someone makes a type-o, the fact is enough people know this place sucks, the staff pick and choose who they will serve, the quiet wheel gets the good grease.
