Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
These people try to get over on you especially when you move out. They claim that during the last month they can charge you market value plus the landlords fee of $100. They say that since the lease says they can then they wont lift that clause. Tell me who actually reads a LEASE word for word. If you do you have too much time on your hands.
