I have lived in CG @ Galleria since Nov.'05, and so far, I haven't had any real serious problems. I live in the "Reserve" side up on the hill, so I can't pay my rent online, but that's not a big deal. When my heater broke, they sent someone out at 6 pm to fix it, and as of last night, it still works. There is a spider and caterpillar problem, but where isn't there is spider problem in Birmingham! :) I have a huge, 1070 sq. ft. 1 BR/1.5BA and I love it. If the rent doesn't get too high, I plan to stay here until I buy a house in about 2 years.
The office staff has been pretty nice and helpful; judging from some of the previous comments, maybe they went to a training class or something... :)
I do wish they would put up more lights in the parking lots though...
