There is nothing GRAND at the place

I would not recommend any one to live here. The management is horrible. No one can give you a clear answer. I lived in an efficiency apartment with all utilities included and every month I received a bill. When I would call the business office I was told every month this would be taken care of. What really sent me over the edge was when I got at letter stating that I would be turned over to a collection agency. I had to get my lease out and show where all my utilities were included in my rent. When I decided to move my rent was $525.00 and then it went up to $660.00. A $100.00 a month fee to do a month-to-month lease and I was never told why I was charged an additional $35.00 dollars.
The hallways were all ways nasty, this place had to have been built on an ant farm. Ants were all over the apartment when I moved in. I was given a can of spay to kill the pest in the apartment. The MANAGEMENT is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Be sure you get everything in writing that you dont understand or maybe unclear about. I did because they are famous for fees when you move, even if it was in your lease all utilities included. Watch out for the MARKET RATE these words mean we go up on your rent when you tell us you are going to move and we dont have to tell you how much the increase will be. WHAT THE HELL IS A MARKET RATE!!!!!!!!!!!!
