I think you get what you pay for. These apartments are a little older but I dont think they are that bad. I have had a few minor problems like the garbage disposal messing up, but they came right out to fix it. As far as crime, I think the place is pretty quiet, but my husbands truck did get keyed the first week I was there. If you want something really really nice, keep looking, but this place isnt that bad for the money and I think it was some kids that keyed the truck---not an act of crime really.
