I would never recommend this place anyone. Don't expect to ever get any maintenence issues corrected in a timely manner and don't expect any phone calls back if you have any problems. I have already had to move apartments once because of a water leak in the 3rd floor that flooded my apartment with 3 inches of water and ruined almost everything I own. Needless to say they did NOTHING about it, for 2 months I lived in a molded mess before they finally got me a new apartment. No rent discount, nothing. How nice of them. Now that I am in the a new apartment, the air has not worked since I moved in 6 months ago. The maintenence staff must be incompetent. It's obvious when the air conditioner has a leak'' All you get is excuses when you call the office about why it's not getting fixed. So I have been living in an apartment that is 90 degrees for two weeks now, not to mention the ceiling leaks everytime it rains. Oh and the bugs are terrible. And one last thing...they don't want to help you but never hesitate to put that stupid letter on the door when the rent is late. Even when I do pay rent I still get it saying they never got my check. This has happened several times. I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone.
