The reserve side has some perks, but a lot of the same problems stated before (i.e. staff, timely feedback, not customer focussed). The big problem is "SUGAR ANT" infestation. Call it in, they'll come by and spray, don't expect them to actually call a someone to "fix" the problem. When I say "infestation," I mean they are IN YOUR STUFF. You put on shoes...sugar ant, you take a shower...sugar ants. If you make some cookies, they will be sugar ant cookies. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I swear...this post makes me laugh everytime I read it...I was considering moving here, but im not so sure now...because of the "SUGAR ANT COOKIES"!!!! haha :)

It's true. A day after I bought groceries I was getting ready to eat the cereal I just bought ants everywhere I had to throw away everything except the can goods. I sprayed my own house with raid. Every morning I was sweeping up roached and ants. I has ants in the dish washer ant in the pantry ants just everywhere. I couldn't even take a shower by myself because I had ants in there with me.

yeah....I live in the reserve side too....I work night shift...I woke up one afternoon to find my place infested too. They were coming in the front window (I live up on the 2nd floor). They were crawling all around the room on the crown molding all the way into my kitchen. I freaked out! All the office would say is..Yeah...everyone is having that problem. We will get someone to come spray. That was Summer 07...still have not seen a person come and spray. I handled the problem...Killed them all..took about 3 hr to kill and clean. Then had to set out ant traps. NIGHTMARE! That has really been the only problem I have had since living here
