Colonial Grand at Galleria

It was nice. From: fish4fun Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   There are more than 1000 units in Colonial Grand and we were lucky to get a nice block with quiet neighbors. Spacious floor plan and clean common areas. The gym room and tennis courts are adequate but AVOID the murky pools. Be detailed in your move-in inspection, otherwise it's tedious to get hold of the maintence guys. We were there for a year. I would rent the same unit again if I have to.
