BEWARE! This place has false advertising when it comes to the amenities that they have available. Of course they now say that it can change at any time and the advertising is not guaranteed. Even if that was so they decieve you into believing that everything is current before you sign and move in because I specifically asked about the amentities and everything and was told by office staff everything was good. They have 5 swimming pools but only open 2 and even then those 2 can be closed at any given time due to not keeping them clean, etc. Everyweek the water turns greenish at the Reserve pool. They have tanning beds but have never had them operable. Was told they had brand new ones installed that they just needed plugged up (that was in February), then was told they just needed bulbs put in them. Then they said they couldn't get them to turn on. Now they say that they are removing them. Go figure! Also, they advertise a 24 hr State of the Art Fitness Center. Don't be fooled....it is only open during the office hours so if you work a full time job you will not be able to use it except on Saturday or Sunday. Also be prepared to know that over half of the machines are inoperable and have been that way since February that I know of. Maybe even longer. When you ask about it in the office they say it is due to vandalism & crime. I would never have rented if they would have been truthful and told me that to begin with. DON'T BE DECEIVED! LOOK ELSEWHERE! Don't even get me started with the maintenance also I would recommend more people turning them into the Better Business Bureau. They may not ever respond to them but if the BBB starts getting bogged down with issues about them maybe it will get them shut down until they can get their act together and learn how to run the place! Also, make sure you check the complex out at night. Just about all of the outdoor lighting is out. They have finally gotten some of it fixed but the darkest parts of the buildings are still without street lights. A simple fix....put bulbs in them. Safety is a real issue at this place. I have never felt unsafe at a place as I do here! Be very cautious before renting here!! I have only been here for 4 months and would NEVER rent here again! I highly discourage anyone from living here!!
