I've about decided the bulk of the vitriolic reviewers of the Grand at Galleria (or perhaps any of the apartment complexes on this site) are not even residents, have never been residents, or are all written by a very few former residents under different names. I say this because I know many long-term, happy residents here. Also, the happy residents rarely feel the need to enter any reviews here (if they even know this site exist).

Take the especially irate reviews here with a hefty grain of salt.
And no, I am not employed by the complex (in fact am unemployed), nor do I have friends or family who work for the complex.
