This is probably the worst apartment complex I have lived in. I could go on for hours about the problems I had here. The safety factor alone is all the deterent you will need. Some may make the argument that, "Oh, well, there are a lot of units so of course there are going to be some problems." My response is, "Yeah, well there are a hell of a lot of police calls to the place."

Go to the left hand side and select Apartment/Condo calls by month. It is pretty frightening.
Oh yeah, I never got my deposit back either. I left it in a better condition than I found it, too.
