I had nothing but problems with the office staff from the time I moved into the apartments.

First, I wasn't charged for water for months.

I one of the ladies in the office and she said, " don't worry about it." I received a bill months later, which made me think that a neighbor might have been over charged for their negligence.

Second, I got 2 notes on my door for unpaid rent but the check would clear with my bank.

One day I was in the office of Vista Falls before they moved to Vista Woods and I witnessed one of assistant business manager treat a tenant like crap.

Back in last year I had a problem with my door key getting stuck in the lock.

I called the office and maintenance put something in it to temporary fix the problem.

On one of the most important days of my life, graduation, I tried to lock my door and it would not lock.

It was to early for the office to be open so I stopped by to see if anyone was there.

Sure enough a office worker was there.

He wouldn't even open the door to assist me.

So I called and left message that my door was unlocked.

To make a long story short my door stayed unlocked for several hours before they fixed it.

And I didn't even get a I'm sorry.

Furthermore, when I moved they found a way to take $100 out of my deposit for carpet damage and a BENT blind.

Also, they lost my notice to vacate and I had to pay rent for an extra month even though I had already moved.

When I asked for the number to complain to corporate, an office manager told me to look it up on the internet.

I hope this is helpful to anyone was is thinking of moving in.

Do yourself a favor DON'T MOVE INTO VISTA COMMUNITIES!
